PRODUCT NEWS RELEASE
VOER brings two different approaches to winter snow removal: the 4WD140 for enclosed-cabin, ride-on operation across established routes, and the 1000T-Pro for remote-controlled tracked work where slopes, snowbanks and difficult access require the operator to work from a clear position.
Winter maintenance sites rarely have the same layout from one route to the next. A paved business park, farm lane or estate driveway may call for a comfortable ride-on machine with several front tools. A steep bank, long snowbank or difficult-access route may call for a tracked platform controlled from outside the immediate work zone. The VOER 4WD140 and 1000T-Pro are designed around these different requirements, allowing buyers to match the machine to the terrain, route and snow-handling plan.
The VOER 4WD140 is a four-wheel-drive winter maintenance machine built for routes where the operator benefits from a seated, enclosed working position. Its 25 HP Zongshen power unit and 2-forward-gear CVT system allow the operator to select a controlled travel pace for changing snow conditions and site layouts. The enclosed cabin provides 360-degree visibility, LED work lights and a heated cockpit for repeated work in cold and low-light conditions.
The 4WD140 uses a front attachment platform so the same chassis can be configured for different stages of a snow-clearing route. The snow thrower is suited to deeper accumulation and snow that must be moved away from the travel line. The plow blade pushes and gathers bulk snow across access roads and parking areas. The roller brush handles lighter snow and surface residue on suitable hard surfaces, while the spreader supports post-clearance salt or sand treatment.
The VOER 1000T-Pro follows a different operating logic. Its crawler chassis and remote control allow the operator to work from a clear position while the machine approaches slopes, embankments, ramps and snowbanks. The platform uses a Loncin 420 engine rated at 15 HP and 420 cc, two 500 W track motors on 120 mm rubber tracks, and a remote handset with a rated range of 500 m.
In snow configuration, the 1000T-Pro clears 1,000 mm per pass, works to a stated depth of 2 to 60 cm, throws snow up to 15 m and uses a 360-degree chute controlled from the handset. Its rated climbing capability is up to 45 degrees. These features are intended for sites where the operator needs remote control, tracked traction and a planned discharge direction rather than a conventional ride-on route.
• Remote operation keeps the operator away from the immediate discharge area and supports work on routes where standing directly beside the machine is not practical.
• Rubber tracks and two 500 W drive motors support controlled movement across changing ground conditions.
• The 360-degree chute helps direct snow toward an available storage area without repeatedly repositioning the machine.
• The front mounting point can accept an 800 mm mower head for summer vegetation management, extending the platform beyond the snow season.
Both platforms require route inspection, attachment selection and a controlled work plan. The controls differ, but the preparation logic remains the same.
1. Inspect the route: identify snow depth, surface material, slopes, kerbs, drains, parked vehicles, pedestrians, fixed obstacles and the planned snow-storage or discharge direction.
2. Select the front attachment: choose the 4WD140 tool that matches the snow condition, or select the 1000T-Pro snow head and confirm the chute direction before starting.
3. Park and isolate before attachment work: place the machine on stable ground, stop the power unit and isolate the machine before connecting, disconnecting or inspecting an attachment.
4. Start and test the controls: for the 4WD140, check the enclosed-cabin controls and CVT response; for the 1000T-Pro, check the remote handset, track movement, chute control and line of sight.
5. Open the route: use the plow blade or snow head for bulk snow, keeping people, vehicles, windows and entrances outside the discharge or push zone.
6. Finish the surface: use the 4WD140 roller brush on suitable hard surfaces, then apply salt or sand with the spreader after snow removal where required.
7. Stop and isolate before clearing a blockage, changing an attachment or carrying out inspection and maintenance.
The 4WD140 is a multi-attachment winter machine: one 4WD chassis can move, throw, sweep and treat snow according to the route. The 1000T-Pro is a remote-controlled tracked platform: its snow head handles winter clearance, while an 800 mm mower head can support summer vegetation management on suitable slopes, embankments, orchards, vineyards, solar sites and other grounds-care areas.
Together, the two platforms cover different operating needs without forcing every site into the same machine format. The 4WD140 focuses on enclosed-cabin route work and attachment flexibility. The 1000T-Pro focuses on remote tracked access and seasonal equipment utilization. For contractors, estates, municipalities, farms and grounds-maintenance teams, matching each platform to the right route can help reduce manual exposure, organize snow removal more efficiently and keep equipment productive beyond a single winter task.
• Read the operating instructions before use and allow only trained operators to run the machines.
• Inspect the route before each shift and reduce speed near kerbs, drains, paving joints, slopes and fixed obstacles.
• Keep people, vehicles, windows and entrances outside the snow thrower discharge line.
• Keep the 1000T-Pro in clear line of sight while operating; the rated remote range is an operating limit, not a reason to work beyond visual control.
• Stop and isolate the machine before changing attachments, clearing a blockage or inspecting moving components.
• Wear suitable eye protection, hearing protection, gloves and protective footwear for the work.
VOER 4WD140 and VOER 1000T-Pro provide two complementary approaches to winter snow removal: enclosed-cabin multi-attachment operation for established routes, and remote-controlled tracked operation for difficult-access ground. Select the platform and front tool according to the site, snow condition and year-round maintenance plan.
